Write down the thing you want to be rid of and put it in the correct area. Make sure you have the right area it belongs in. Sometimes we think something is one thing when in actuality its something different. Once you have decided what area it falls under, spiritual, emotional, physical or mental, fill out the area with ways you can make changes to change the issue then do those things in the opposite direction.
Example: I need to stop cursing. This is a physical thing I am doing. I can physically do things to help me stop cursing like having to eat something sour everytime I curse. This is fixing it physically and will help me out. But to have a better means to fix the issue, I can do opposite of the physical and do spiritual things to help me better overcome cursing. (Meditation, prayer, smudging, etc.) Try doing both to get a better outcome.
Spiritual is opposite physical and vice versa. (Spiritual problem do something physical/Physical problem do something spiritual)
Emotional is opposite mental and vice versa. (Emotional problem do something mentally/Mental problem do something emotional)
